Surfing as a Team Building Event with Moana Surf School in Portugal

After starting Moana Surf School over twenty years ago, I have found that the most rewarding aspect of running the school is being able to help and teach people who come from all over the world to learn how to surf. In addition to this, I am also grateful for the opportunity to help my team and instructors make a living and find purpose in their lives.

The beauty of working with Moana Surf School is that it allows me to work in a simple and healthy way outdoors, away from the chaos and noise of the city. Rather than sitting in front of a computer screen or getting stuck in traffic jams, my team and I get to work in natural light, breathe in the fresh sea air, and enjoy the breathtaking ocean scenery.

While many people struggle with the hardships of everyday life and have limited choices, I am fortunate to be able to share the benefits of the ocean and surfing with others. The ocean has a way of making people feel good, even if they don’t have a surfboard. By using the therapeutic benefits of the ocean, we help people reduce stress and feel happier and healthier.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to work in such an amazing environment, surrounded by an awesome team of surf instructors and friends. Every day is filled with laughter, fun, and learning.

We teach both adults and children from all over the world how to surf and seeing their smiles and excitement is one of the most fulfilling experiences.

My daily routine at Moana Surf School is simple but meaningful. It starts with a cup of coffee and a good morning cuddle with my son, followed by a kiss goodbye to my girlfriend, a short drive down a road and track to the surf school at a stunning beach, and finally, being surrounded by the beautiful ocean landscape with amazing sea air, colors, and light.

I believe that keeping things simple is often the key to finding happiness and contentment in life. While traveling to other locations can be great, there is something special about keeping things simple and enjoying the beauty of nature. I feel fortunate to be able to live and work in such an environment, and I hope that others can also find happiness and simplicity in their lives. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to all the Moana Team members, past, present, and future, for their hard work and dedication to the school’s mission. I am happy to see that my team is happy, and I look forward to seeing them at the beach again tomorrow.

In conclusion, I am grateful for the opportunity to help others learn to surf and find joy in life. By keeping things simple and working in a natural and healthy environment, the team at Moana Surf School is able to help people reduce stress, feel happier and healthier, and enjoy the beauty of nature. I hope that others can also find happiness and contentment in their lives by keeping things simple and focusing on the beauty of the world around them.
