At Moana Surf School we have had great success using surfing as a corporate team building event in Portugal. After starting Moana Surf School over twenty years ago, I have found that the most rewarding aspect of running the school is being able to help and teach people who come to surf with us and combine this within events in Cascais and Lisbon.

Deloitte at Guincho — 60 people, one unforgettable day
We recently had a team building event with Deloitte at Guincho Beach. The surfing, the team games and mini beach Olympics challenges were just so amazing. Every activity allowed different team members to show their strengths — and at the same time everyone had so much fun in a paradise location, enjoying outdoor activities with mother nature.
The Deloitte group was 60 people — our biggest event being 300 people. Ending the day with a few drinks in the beach bar, the sun going down and ocean air for the city boys. A truly inspiring event.

We arrange everything from the airport
A short flight to Lisbon and we arrange the rest as soon as you come out of arrivals at the airport. We have years of experience and local knowledge and can advise you on hotels, restaurants and lots of outdoor activities. Guincho Beach is just a 30 minute trip by car from Lisbon Airport — close enough to be easy, far enough to feel completely away from the city.
